Hey, I'm Christina. I love nail art, so my account will be full of my designs. I'm a second year English major and nail art is what I do during my free time. I also love finding easy DIY projects and natural skin care treatments. I am also an Influenster member, and love rating things, so I guarantee you my 100% honest opinions on things!

The theme of this design was that I was an Android girl living in an Apple world… But after my Android kept glitching on me last month, I switched to Apple and found out I was living a lie. I love Apple phones. I’ve gone to the dark side…
MYSTERY BRAND UNVEILED!
In case you guys don’t remember, I reviewed a mystery brand for Influenster and L’Oreal Canada. I finally got it today and so excited to rant about it!! Here’s what the card in the box says:
"Surprise! Our mystery product line is revealed! The product you have TRIED and LOVED is NEW GARNIER FRUCTIS DAMAGE ERASER!
Heat styling tools can cause some serious damage to your hair. But, why compromise on your favourite look? Now, you don’t have to with Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser! With Phyto-Keratin Complex and Cupuacu Butter, the unique formula reconstructs hair strength 90% from root-to-tip and prevents future damage.” (please ignore all of the unnecessary commas. That was them, not me. My inner English major is cringing too).
Fortifying Shampoo: Ran this through my hair and it makes it super thick and bubbly in the shower! Felt really nice, and I kept wanting to replay the “Pocket Full of Sunshine” shower scene from Easy A. And yes, I’m being serious.
Fortifying Conditioner: I NEED conditioners that allow me to feel where the product is going. I like to feel where my product is going to make sure I apply it evenly. I have to be able to feel the conditioner being spread from the top of my head to the roots. Lots of products will go in, and lose their feeling halfway down and require me to apply more. Not this one! This applied from root to tip and allowed me to feel it all the way down. And man oh man did it feel nice.
Split Ends Bandage Serum: My hair is usually a rat’s nest by the time I towel dry it. I don’t pat it because I don’t have patience. Ain’t nobody got time for that! I run the towel all over until it’s relatively dry, and then the rat-nest untangling begins. This serum kind of acted like a detangler and I really liked that. I swear my hair was easier to brush than normal after applying it too.
Strength Reconstructing Butter: Haven’t tried this yet! This wasn’t a part of the original sample pack that we received. So excited to try this! The card says that “Rich, indulgent butter is designed to intensely reconstruct hair’s strength for strong, rejuvenated and shiny-looking hair. Use weekly for optimal results.” According to the label, what you do is apply this to your hair between Shampooing/Conditioning for 3-5 minutes and rinse. Never tried this before, but I’m super excited!
The verdict: Overall I’d give a 10/10. To be honest, I never liked Garnier in the past. I tried one product that I didn’t like and I stayed away from it since. However, that was years ago and after trying this they definitely improved their formula. I’m loving this, and I hope you all give it a try!
Healthy Essentials Sample Box Unveiling
Apparently my V-Day gift to you is to bombard you with videos.
Hey guys! This was the one picture that I had left of my original Valentine’s Day design, and it was because I took the picture on my phone. Be sure to check out the tutorial that I posted as well as my other V-Day tutorial!
What’s this??? TWO tutorials!?! YUP!! I hope you all enjoy! This was my attempt at recreating the original Valentine’s Day design that I had planned for you all. I had no choice but to use fake nails because I had to go to work (where I handle food, so I’m not allowed to wear nail polish).
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Be sure to check out my tutorial for this design!
Did I rush through a V-Day tutorial for you? Heck yes I did. Happy Valentines Day!!! (or singles awareness day)
